We are a Kickboxing centre of excellence based in Newport, South Wales.

We offer Kickboxing classes to all abilities and levels of experience from the age of 5. Our age specific classes are designed to not only teach Kickboxing to the highest possible standards, but also to develop and improve core skills that can be used in other areas of life.
